“Buy it Safely!” is EuroCarDeals’ total transaction protection service. We stand between the European seller and you (the African importer) and handle everything so you can buy
with 100% confidence.

How “Buy it Safely!” Works – Step by Step

    1. You find a car you like on our website and click “Request Booking” or “Get Quote”.
    2. We review your request and send you a Proforma Invoice (valid for 3–5 days).
    3. You confirm the booking and pay the full amount (CFR or FOB price) using one of these secure methods:
      • Bank Transfer (T/T) directly to EuroCarDeals’ company bank account (Recommended)
      • Third-party Escrow (if you prefer – small extra fee may apply)
    4. Your payment is securely held in escrow by EuroCarDeals.
    5. The vehicle is transported to our port yard in Antwerp.
    6. We perform a professional quality check (basic port inspection: VIN verification,
    7. engine, transmission, A/C, 4WD system, and confirm it is in “Run & Drive” condition).
    8. If the car passes inspection, we book the shipping and load the vehicle onto the vessel.
    9. We release the payment to the seller only after the car is successfully loaded and all shipping documents are ready

VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) Policy

  1. For security reasons and to prevent fraud, we display only a partial VIN (last 6 or 8 digits) on all vehicle listings.
  2. The full 17-digit VIN will be provided to you after you submit a booking request and complete payment.
  3. Serious buyers can request the full VIN before payment by contacting our sales team. We will share it after proper verification.

Important Notice

  • Only “Run & Drive” vehicles are accepted for shipping.
  • You will receive regular updates with photos and status during the entire process.
  • 100% refund guarantee if the vehicle is not shipped (minus any bank or escrow charges).

3. “Buy it Safely!” Terms & Conditions

Article 1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of EuroCarDeals “Buy it Safely!” service for buyers importing vehicles from Europe.

Article 2. Use of Service
You must follow all instructions and cooperate fully.
Failure to cooperate may result in cancellation of the service.

Article 3. Trade Conditions

  • Payment must be made 100% in advance.
  • Buyers can choose one of the following secure payment methods:

1. Bank Transfer (T/T) – Recommended Payment by bank transfer directly to EuroCarDeals’ nominated company bank account. Funds are held in our internal escrow system.
2. Third-Party Escrow Service Available upon request (e.g., Escrow.com or other reputable escrow providers). A small additional fee may apply for this service.

  • The exact amount stated on the Proforma Invoice must be transferred (no more, no less).
  • Partial payments are not accepted.
  • All bank charges, transfer fees, and escrow fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Payment must be received within the validity period of the Proforma Invoice (usually3–5 days). If payment is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled automatically.
Article 4. Payment Release
  • We hold your funds until the vehicle is inspected at the port and loaded onto the vessel.
  • Only then do we release payment to the seller.
  • 100% refund if the vehicle is not shipped (minus any agreed fees)

Article 5. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel before payment: Booking is cancelled automatically.
  • If you cancel after payment: Penalty of 20% of the FOB value (minimum €700 / $950).
  • If payment is not received within the due date on the invoice: Booking cancelled automatically.
  • If no payment within 30 days of invoice: Booking cancelled + refund minus €700 penalty per vehicle
Article 6. Quality & Inspection
  • We perform a basic port inspection (VIN, engine, transmission, A/C, 4WD, run & drive condition).
  • Vehicles are sold “as-is” with no warranty after delivery.
  • Optional paid full inspection available.
Article 7. Buyer Responsibility
  • It is your responsibility to check and comply with all import regulations, duties, taxes, and registration in your country.
  • EuroCarDeals is not responsible for customs clearance, duties, or any local issues.
  • You must research your country’s rules before buying.
  • If no payment within 30 days of invoice: Booking cancelled + refund minus €700 penalty per vehicle
Article 8. Limitation of Liability
EuroCarDeals acts only as an intermediary. We are not the seller of the vehicle.

4. Shipping Policy (Copy This)

  • We offer CFR (Cost + Freight) as default — you pay car price + shipping in one invoice.
  • Also available: FOB and EXW.
  • Shipping methods: Ro-Ro (cheapest for driveable cars) or Container (consolidation possible).
  • We work with major shipping lines from Rotterdam, Antwerp, Bremerhaven, etc. to African ports (Tema, Lagos, Dar es Salaam, Durban, etc.).
  • We provide shipping schedule and online tracking.
  • Local agent services available in selected countries.

  • All deals are between you and the seller; we provide the safe transaction layer.
